As an Integrative Health Practitioner, I lead clients through an all-encompassing protocol to reclaim their health and vitality. Together we evaluate diet, exercise, stress, toxins, rest, emotions, supplementation, and mindset to consider anything that is contributing to one’s dis-ease. This approach is as holistic as it gets. Wellness isn’t comprised of one variable, it is a combination of a lot of factors. Our bodies are intelligent– when given the right environment, powerful healing and transformation can occur. I work with clients to identify imbalances, replenish deficiencies, and remove toxicity to create the most ideal environment for their body’s healing.

“As an Integrative Health Practitioner I am apart of a greater community dedicated to serving those in need. I help people get well, lose weight, and finally feel alive again. I do not suppress symptoms, but rather heal the whole person using a truly integrative approach to natural health.”

Why the world needs Integrative Health Practitioners

Health Care Spending Graph.png

The United States spends trillions of dollars in health care, more than any other wealthy nation. Ironically, the United States is the most sick when compared to other developed countries. In fact, life expectancy in the U.S. is nearly three years less than the average life expectancy in high-income countries. Over 2/3 of our population is overweight. More than 50% of Americans regularly take pharmaceutical drugs. By 2030, 1/2 people will be diagnosed with cancer. Those are just a few of the jarring statistics that represent the state of health in this country.

WHAT IF we could reclaim our health, not by suppressing what our body is telling us with pharmaceuticals, but by giving it what it needs, and eliminating what it doesn’t so that it can heal itself.

An integrative approach is the future of health care. By considering a person’s symptoms as indicators of underlying issues, as well as one’s functional medicine lab-testing results, we can connect the dots between deficiencies, toxicity, and someone’s dis-ease to uproot its cause with the necessary supplementation, detoxification, and lifestyle modification.
